Plans & Pricing

Kite has three plans: Free, Growth, and Business. Every plan gives your whole team access, includes the Slack integration, and uses credits for the work Kite does. The current, authoritative pricing is always at kite.ai/pricing. This page summarises it as of August 2026.

The plans​

  • Free ($0). Access to the complete product, the Slack integration, and connections to more than 3,000 integrations. Each new team receives a one-time grant of $15 in credits. There is no subscription and no credit card required. When the credits are used, you upgrade to keep going.
  • Growth ($100 per month, or $1,020 per year). Everything in Free, plus $100 in credits every month. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Paid yearly, Growth works out to $85 per month and still grants $100 in credits each month. Growth unlocks custom domains and badge removal.
  • Business (custom pricing). Everything in Growth, with usage limits scaled to your needs and help from the Kite team designing, building, and running your workflows.

The 5-day trial​

Every new team starts a 5-day Growth trial automatically on first sign-in. During the trial you have the paid features of Growth, such as connecting a custom domain, and the usage meter shows your plan as Growth Trial. The trial unlocks features; it does not add credits.

When the trial ends, Kite shows a short downgrade wizard. You choose which of your websites to keep on the Free plan. The others are locked until you upgrade, any custom domains are disconnected and sites return to their kite.space address, the Kite badge appears on your sites, and you cannot buy extra credits until you are on a paid plan. Upgrading to Growth at any point skips all of that.

What is the same on every plan​

  • Your whole team can use Kite. There is no per-seat charge. See Team access.
  • Credits power the work. Every conversation and every task Kite runs draws from your credits. See How credits work.
  • Your live site keeps running. When credits run out, Kite pauses new work, but hosting, analytics, and leads keep working.

Features that need Growth or Business​

  • Connecting a custom domain. Moving to Free disconnects custom domains automatically. See Custom domains.
  • Removing the "Built with Kite" badge. See Remove the badge.
  • Buying extra credits. Top-ups are available on paid plans only. See Buy more credits.
  • Full site analytics. Free shows a visitor count; paid plans show the full picture. See Site analytics.
  • Automatic Google Search Console submission after publish. See Sitemap & robots.txt.

Common questions​

Do I have to pay to try Kite? No. The Free plan and the automatic trial let you use the complete product with no credit card.

What happens when my Free credits run out? Kite pauses new work until you upgrade to Growth. Your live site keeps working.
