What you can do here
- Create an account and sign in — set up your login and get back in when something goes wrong.
- Control your data — delete your account and data, or request a copy of your site.
- Manage billing separately — if you only want to stop paying (but keep your account), that's handled under your subscription settings.
Account vs. subscription
Deleting your account and canceling your subscription are two different things. Deleting your account removes your account and data. Canceling your subscription just stops billing — your account stays. See Manage Your Subscription if you only want to stop paying.
