Plans, Pricing & Credits
Kite pricing has two parts: a plan (Free, Growth, or Business) and credits, which every conversation with Kite and every task it runs draws from. This section explains how both work so there are no surprises on your bill. The authoritative source for current prices is always kite.ai/pricing.
How Kite pricing works
- Plans. Free includes the complete product, the Slack integration, and a one-time grant of credits. Growth is $100 per month and includes $100 in credits each month. Business has custom usage limits and hands-on help from the Kite team. Every plan covers your whole team. See Plans & Pricing.
- The trial. Every new team starts a 5-day Growth trial automatically. It unlocks paid features such as custom domains; it does not add credits. See Plans & Pricing.
- Credits. Research, drafting, outreach, site edits, restores, and retries all use credits. One credit is one US dollar of usage. Bigger or more complex work uses more. See How credits work.
Think of your plan as the size of your monthly budget and your credits as the budget itself. Kite spends credits on the conversations you have with it and the work it does.

Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start? No. The Free plan has no subscription and no card requirement.
Does my whole team need separate accounts? No. One plan covers as many people as you like. Billing is managed by team owners. See Team access.
What happens when credits run out? Kite pauses new work and tells you: "Your team is out of Kite credits. Upgrade or add credits to keep going." Your live site, hosting, analytics, and leads keep working.
