Buy More Credits
If you have used your monthly credits and still have work to do, you can buy a credit pack without changing your plan. Credit packs are available on Growth and Business, and only a team owner can buy them.
The credit packs
Kite sells three packs: $20, $50, and $100, at one credit per dollar. Purchased credits do not expire, and Kite spends them last, after your signup and monthly credits. See How credits work.
How to buy a pack
- As a team owner, open Billing in your browser workspace.
- Click Add usage. A dialog titled Select one of our credits packs opens.
- Choose a pack and click Purchase. Payment goes through Stripe.
- Your credits are available right away.
Who can buy credits
- Paid plan required. On the Free plan or during the trial, Add usage takes you to the upgrade card instead. The message reads "An active paid plan is required to purchase additional usage."
- Owner role required. Team members and admins see "Only the team owner can add credits." See Team access.
If you buy packs most months, talk to the Kite team about the Business plan, which has usage limits scaled to your needs, or switch Growth to yearly billing. See Plans & Pricing.
Common questions
Will buying credits change my plan? No. A pack adds credits to your existing account without changing your plan or billing cycle.
Where do I see how many credits I have left? The usage meter on your Billing page.
I bought credits but they are not showing up. Refresh the page first. If they still do not appear after a few minutes, open Chat with us in Kite.
