Buy More Credits
If you've used up your monthly credits and still have work to do, you can buy more without changing your plan. This page covers how to top up and how top-up credits behave.
Monthly credits vs. top-up credits
- Monthly credits come with your plan and refresh each billing cycle.
- Top-up credits are extra credits you purchase on demand when you need more.
Top-up credits are meant to keep you moving between billing cycles — buy them once and use them when you need them. Unlike monthly credits, top-up credits don't expire at the end of the cycle.
How to buy more credits
- Open your billing settings at Billing (
/billing). - Look for the credits section or a Buy Credits / Top Up option.
- Choose the amount of credits you'd like to add.
- Confirm your purchase. Your new credits should be available right away.
If you regularly run out before the end of your cycle, it may be more economical to move up a plan than to keep buying top-ups. See Plans & Free Trial.
Can free-plan users buy credits?
Whether top-up purchases are available on the free plan depends on your account. If you're on the free plan and don't see a buy option, you may need to start a paid plan first. See Plans & Free Trial.
Common questions
Will buying credits change my plan? No. Top-ups add credits to your existing account without changing your plan or billing cycle.
Do top-up credits get used before or after my monthly credits? This depends on how your account applies credits. If you want to be sure, contact support.
Where do I see how many credits I have left? Check your billing or account area. See Manage, Cancel, or Downgrade Your Subscription.
I bought credits but they're not showing up. Refresh the page first. If they still don't appear after a few minutes, contact support.
